Sustaining emergent strategy development and strengthening organizational culture are essential ingredients for success, and are difficult to do well with competing demands.  Engaging in organizational transformation that centers Justice, Racial Equity, Diversity and Inclusion requires commitment, bravery, endurance and compassion. To build and maintain energy through the process, we facilitate creative spaces to visualize strategic change that challenges and disrupts habits of dominant culture rooted in white supremacy, while support meaningful and doable implementation. 

We begin with curious questions to understand the topline issues and what might be buried underneath. We then co-design a customized blend of personal & ecosystem "tonics" to facilitate personal, interpersonal and organizational transformation.

We work with organizational teams to explore the systemic habits of dominant culture rooted in white supremacy and patriarchy that are harming the organization and its mission. We practice an inside-out approach rooted in love, recognizing that structural transformation must be upheld by people committed to anti-racist and anti-oppressive mindsets and practices. We begin by working deeply with individuals and teams to explore personal habits that harm ourselves as well as others.  We then examine interpersonal dynamics and cultural practices that reinforce dominant culture and disrupt healthy, loving interdependence. Finally, we work with this foundation to redesign systems, structures and policies that align with a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

We start with recognizing that the wisdom for change resides within the individuals who are part of the organizational ecosystem. We specialize in customizing a process of discovering the areas in need of attention and then facilitating creative processes and environments to visualize, experiment and implement those changes.  We support helping teams to refresh and align in organizational vision, purpose, and values and facilitate engaging team experimentation labs to plan strategies and actions to move forward.

We coach individuals and teams with visualizing the changes they wish to manifest in themselves, their work, and the world. We lovingly support you with identifying harmful habits that don't serve you and others. We engage in multidimensional awareness building and facilitate creative discovery and approaches to practicing new ways of seeing and being.  

We specialize in coaching white-identified individuals and teams of white folks with examining habits of white supremacy and exploring new ways of seeing and being. We utilize a multidimensional approach to examining the roots of white conditioning at the intersection of other forms of oppression.  We support white folks with seeing the toxicity and harm of white conditioning on our identities and humanity, and build new practices to transform our lives.

We work with individuals and teams across racial and social identities to explore the impact of systems of oppression on our personal identities and lives.  Recognizing that all people across race and gender are influenced, conditioned and often forced to uphold habits of dominant culture rooted in white supremacy and heteropatriarchy, we all need space and support to practice individual and team disruption.
